The Execu|Search Group is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Mill Rock Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, which has made a significant investment in our firm. This investment was made in partnership with Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a global alternative asset manager.

For over 35 years, our dedication to meeting the ever-evolving needs of our clients and candidates has positioned us as the industry leader we are today. Standing by that commitment, this partnership will ensure we have the capabilities to better serve our stakeholders and explore new areas of growth.

“Our partnership with Mill Rock Capital is an incredible opportunity to build on our success and continue to grow as a leading specialty staffing firm through geographic expansion and enhanced service offerings for new and existing clients,” says Larry Dolinko, CEO of The Execu|Search Group.

Mill Rock Capital is a growth and operations oriented private investment firm that invests in well-positioned middle market industrial businesses in North America. The Execu|Search Group’s operational processes and executive leadership team will remain unchanged, and new members from both Mill Rock and ICG will be welcomed to the Board of Directors. The goal of this partnership is to continue to provide our stakeholders with industry leading service on an even broader scale with a more diverse and innovative mix of service offerings.

Since our founding in 1985, we have built our firm on transparency, responsiveness, inclusion, entrepreneurship, diversity, and accountability. We have grown to over 225 talented employees, expanded nationally, and have helped fill over 100,000 jobs for over 35,000 companies.  This success would not have been possible without the loyalty, commitment, and trust of our incredible family of clients and candidates.
